Justin Maxon

Maxon, born in 1983 in California, realized a photographic reportage about Mui, a woman who had been living homeless for five years on the streets of Hanoi, Vietnam, with her five-year-old son, Pha. To survive, they sleep on straw mats on the ground and scavenge through garbage for their food. Even though they face many daily challenges, they find happiness in their affection for each other. Justin Maxon is represented by Prospekt Photographers.
